The 330 Easement

On the east and west, a 330-foot easement separates the community from its mirrored villages and carries a two-lane, one-way freeway. Breezeways cross it on open bridges, hub to hub over 462 feet at a grade of 1 in 12, with 14.35 feet clear above the road; the on- and off-ramps join at the hubs.
