The Roof

The building’s utility plant sits in the side halls of the roof, not on the open deck — waste processing, cooling, a fuel cell, water treatment, and data infrastructure, mirrored on the east and west sides. Between them, the open deck carries the tennis and pickleball courts. Every bath/entry unit, every lift, and the foyer at each end reach the roof the same way they reach every floor below. The plant capacities shown are drawn as the system is expected to stand in about five years, not as it would be purchased today.
