Third and Fifth Floor Offices

Village presidents have 48 offices on the third and fifth floors of each building — two villages assigned to each floor, with a council of twelve offices for each village. The offices are only in use for a maximum of 3 hours for four days a week. The rest of the hours, it can be used as offices, classrooms, among other uses.
