Life Plan & Business Enterprise Plan

Business Enterprise: Responsibility Across Generations · Pillar 1 of 4

Quarterly plans defining direction and viability.

Every participant develops a Life Plan; every Enterprise Owner also develops a Business Enterprise Plan. Both are reviewed each quarter — and the order between them is fixed: the Life Plan comes first.

The Life Plan sets the person’s direction, dependents, and capability; the Business Enterprise Plan then defines the productive activity built to support that life. Only after the proper rails have reviewed both is a plan’s discovered Owner’s Draw recognized.

II · Owner’s Draw is determined, not declared

The Enterprise Owner leads; the rails review

The Owner’s Draw is professionally discovered and plan-defined — the Enterprise Owner does not set it alone or by fiat. The Enterprise Owner chooses and pays a certified Life Plan Contractor (a competing Enterprise Owner business), who presses the plan against demonstrated capability and market cost; Bureau 5 certifies contractors and publishes the standards but writes no one’s plan. The plan is then recognized only after the origination rails review it: Bureau 19 verifies completeness, Bureau 20 verifies demand, and Bureau 21 tests viability — the same TOK gate that governs every capital-affecting action.

The whole cycle runs on the community’s thirteen-week rhythm: the Life Plan and Business Enterprise Plan are revisited every quarter under the Temporal Constitution, so direction and viability stay current rather than frozen at startup.

III · In short

Summary

Life Plan & Business Enterprise Plan is the planning spine of Business Enterprise: the Life Plan sets direction first, the Business Enterprise Plan is built to serve it, and both are reviewed quarterly. The Owner’s Draw is discovered by the Enterprise Owner through a chosen, paid Life Plan Contractor and recognized only after Bureaus 19, 20, and 21 review — never declared unilaterally, never imposed. With a viable plan in hand, the next question is how an Enterprise Owner actually gets a working business — competitive formation.
